Annual General Meeting Wednesday 11th June

NOTICE OF THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOLLOWED BY OUR JUNE CLUB NIGHT 

Our Annual General Meeting will commence at 7pm and is open for all current members to attend.

The business to be conducted will include acceptance of the Annual Report, acceptance of the new Branch Constitution, Notices of Motion, Election of Officers and General Business

Copies of the relevant documentation will be e-mailed prior to the event.

On completion of all matters arising from the AGM our President will officially close the meeting, and our usual Club Night will follow complete with a drink at the bar and the usual BBQ sausage.

As we are anticipating a good attendance and parking may be a challenge, please could you consider carpooling where possible, it would also assist if you could register for the for the event.
