About the Event
NOTICE OF THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY 6TH MAY - FOLLOWED BY OUR MAY CLUB NIGHT
Our Annual General Meeting will commence at 7pm and is open for all current members to attend.
The business to be conducted will include acceptance of the Annual Report, acceptance of the new Branch Constitution, Notices of Motion, Election of Officers and General Business
Copies of the relevant documentation will be e-mailed prior to the event.
On completion of all matters arising from the AGM our President will officially close the meeting, and our usual Club Night will follow complete with a drink at the bar and the usual BBQ sausage.
